James Poss works across digital product, ecommerce, and design. He leads site experience for premium consumer brands, owning product roadmaps and experimentation.

James previously founded Switch Designs to bring innovation and style to bags for the outdoors. He holds a patent for a boot bag with a transformational design that sold out and was named ski pack of the year by Freeskier Magazine.

In 2020, James won an Iron A’ Design Award for Cornice, a sculptural clothing dresser.
