James Poss is a multidisciplinary creative working across design, product, ecommerce, and visual content.

James previously founded Switch Designs to bring innovation and style to bags for the outdoors. He holds a patent for a boot bag with a unique transformational design that was named the #1 ski pack of 2018 by Freeskier Magazine.

In 2020, James won an A'Design Iron Award for Cornice, a sculptural clothing dresser. His work has been featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, Outdoor Retailer Magazine, Gear Patrol, and more.
